Terms of sale

These terms govern B2C orders placed through Steaua Shop. Seller identity, sales territory and customer categories require legal confirmation.

Price, currency, taxes, SKU and availability are confirmed by the server at checkout. An order is accepted only according to the status communicated to the customer.

Customers must provide accurate data. Available payment and delivery methods are shown at checkout and described in their respective documents.

The process, deadlines, mandatory warranties and lawful liability limits require validation under Moldovan law.
